Angel is a sweet doe and a good milker. Her teats are surprisingly large especially for a Nigerian Dwarf goat. She typically kids unassisted and is an excellent mother.
Angel milks about 1/2-3/4 gallon at her peak. Angel milked through at over a quart on once a day milking following her April 2018 kidding.
She kidded April 2, 2020 with her first difficult delivery. Tangled quad bucks that we were thankfully able to fish out. We bottled two kids to help her in recovery and started milking late for our normal routine. Her production was effected this year but she is still milking above average. We are on our first DHIA milk test for the 2020-2021 milk season.
